About Us.
Givin' Back invests into the youth of our community. We teach them in the fundamentals of sports, discipline, self respect and respect for others.Givin' Back is a non-profit 501-3(C) organization focused on youth development. Located in Russellville KY, Givin' Back sports clinic was established in 2005 By William Allison as a way to give back to the youth and his home town. Some youths are under privileged and need some positive guidance.Thats why we are here. We provide an outlet to detour kids from the perils of street life and to prepare them for a more productive future through education and athleticism. We are committed to the youth in our community, teaching them skills that may potentially grant them opportunities for higher education as well as professional athleticism. In 2010 Our vision was enlarged, Givin' Back sports clinic evolved into Givin' Back Incorporated. We are moving beyond sports into various activities throughout our community offering tutoring, mentoring, field trips and more.
The Founder...
William ''Jae'' Allison is a native of Logan County KY. He has experienced the hardships of life and knows what it means to need a helping hand. As a young man he was a victim of street violence himself. He has since determined to do all that he can to make the difference in the lives of other young people in his community.
He freely gives of his time, energy and resources to help the young people in his community grow into all that they can be. He has been an inspiration to many in the community and continues to do what he can for the betterment of the community.
The Sports Clinic...
The sports clinic is dedicated to teaching kids the basics of true sportsmanship. Here we teach and put an emphasis on discipline and respect. We beleive that talent and skills will only open the door for you but a right attitude ad knowledge will keep it open for you to walk through.
We teach how to be a well rounded individual on and off the court. we beleive that education is essential. We want to encourage the youth through sports to persue further education goals as they will need them in the future.

We are established to serve our community and to invest in the youth of our city. We desire to teach children the fundamentals of sports and life. We look to help the youth develop their talents, educational skills, interpersonal relationship skills as well as preparing them for the real world. We beleive that it takes a village to raise a child so we are here to assist the parents in making sure their children have the best opportunity to succeed in life. We are here to coach, mentor, tutor and serve the youth in any way we can. We take the children on sports and educational trips to broaden their world view. We are here to teach as well as learn of their culture to bridge the gaps between the youths and their elders in hopes of a more peaceful community.
